We are looking for new executive committee members to join our branch team at the AGM. These could include: a Chair; a Secretary; a Treasurer; a Vice Chair; an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead; an Activist Organiser; a Global Majority Lead; a Communications Officer; a Social Media Lead; a Wellbeing Officer; a Student Liaison Officer; a Nursing Support Worker Lead; a Weston Lead; an NBT Lead; a UHB Lead; an Independent Sector Lead. Please note the first three roles are compulsory - the rest are ideas.

Bristol nurse academic made Fellow of the 天美传媒 at RCN annual Congress
Professor Nikki Cotterill, a Professor in Continence Care in the College of Health, Science and Society, and Director of Bristol Health Partners鈥� Bladder and Bowel Confidence Health Integration Team at the University of the West of England, Bristol, had her service to nursing recognised with the 天美传媒鈥檚 highest honour in an award ceremony at the opening of the College鈥檚 annual Congress in Brighton this week.

South West student nurses lobby Westminster for adequate funding for nursing higher education
Students from the South West region joined others from across England yesterday to lobby Parliament for adequate funding for student nurses as part of the RCN鈥檚 Fund our Future campaign.
