Join us for an interactive session networking with nursing support worker colleagues from across health and social care.Â
Our fast-paced learning sessions will provide you with an understanding of psychological safety in the workplace and how you can raise concerns. You will also learn what we mean by reflection and how you can use this to gain insight into your practice. There will be an opportunity to enjoy our current library and archives exhibition ‘Shining a light’ looking at the history of nursing support worker roles across the UK and learn how the RCN Scotland library can support you with future development.
Attending this session can count towards your CPD hours. Certificates will be available for those who attend.
Join us in person or online via MS Teams from 2pm to take part in a hybrid learning session, have a chance to network and tell us what matters to you in your role.
If you are joining online you will need access to the internet via a computer or smart phone.
Shining a Light exhibition was put together in close collaboration with a group of RCN member volunteers who are support workers or work closely with support workers, and the RCN Nursing Support Worker Committee.
Following the launch on 19 November 2024, the exhibition will be open for visitors Mondays to Thursdays 10 – 4pm.
