Continuing learning and development for RCN representatives (CL&D for reps) is a programme of ongoing learning that supports all RCN reps to maintain, develop and enhance their knowledge and skills.

This framework was developed collaboratively by reps and staff across the UK, to keep our learning opportunities and resources accessible, up-to-date, quality assured and consistent across the UK.

Some of our publications are also available in hard copy, but this may entail a small charge. For more information and to order a hard copy please call 0345 772 6100 and select option five. The line is open Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) between 10am-4pm.
