- Contributing to the development of evidence-based guidelines and position statements.
- Raising the forum’s profile through internal and external collaborative working, and increasing the recognition of nursing expertise in future planning.
- Consulting with forum members and other organisations with mutual interests such as the , , the Perioperative Care Collaborative (PCC) and the independent sector.
- Contributing to the growing perioperative care evidence base through research, education and across a variety of mediums.
