RCN Facebook groups are a place where you can get involved in honest and open discussions on the issues that affect you and your field of practice.
I joined the RCN in 1984 without thinking - because that's what everyone did. The benefits were vague in my mind. However one never knows when one needs a friend and the RCN is exactly that, a professional friend. The RCN exists to provide professional development, insight and awareness. No one should go on shift without them.
