A case study from Dumfries prison which informed the findings of RCN Scotland’s Time To Change report on health inequalities
If Scotland is serious about addressing this country’s chronic health inequalities, we have to do much more to meet the needs of people who exist on the edges of society: those who are poor, homeless, living with mental health challenges or drug and alcohol problems, ex-prisoners and the socially disenfranchised.
