POLICY: Nursing Leadership in Integration - Report of the RCN Chatham House scrutiny event
05 January 2015
An RCN report of a discussion with Directors of Nursing and Associate Directors of Nursing on scrutiny and improvement in an integrated world
This report of RCN Scotland’s nursing leadership event on integrated scrutiny and improvement (sponsored by the Scottish Government) highlighted two key messages. Firstly, the scrutiny landscape is complex and there needs to be a consistent framework for scrutiny and improvement across all settings, with streamlining across the different organisations involved. Secondly, there needs to be full engagement in scrutiny and improvement across all clinical professions, with stronger ownership locally.
